Problem Definition
In the Jira service desk, customers are added to multiple service projects. As an admin, it is difficult to go to each project to know which project customer has been added too.
Suggested Solution
Provide Overview of the customer to know which projects customer is added to in Jira service management (like view Jira project roles )
Why this is important
Some customers are added to more than one project. So it would be helpful to check if they have access to all projects or a few of them in the customer portal. So an overview of this would be nice. If there are a lot of customers, it is very hard to get this information manually.
