      Problem Definition

      At the moment, when there is HTML syntax in REST API data field for Create Customer Request request , it is not rendered correctly. This is due to the field only supporting wiki style renderer.

      Suggested Solution

      It will be great JSM able to automatically convert the HTML syntax to wiki style rendered when issue created via REST API
