Problem Definition
Recently, Jira Work Management has introduced some great business-centric features such as Calendars and Boards. It will be great to have some of these features for Service projects as there are business departments that predominantly require a customer service solution, hence the use of JSM projects, however, they will also benefit from the business features introduced in JSM internally.
Suggestion
Provide the option for internal users to use the business features on a Service Management project
