Problem Definition
On the Customer Portal, the word "Requests" unfortunately directly gets translated to polish language as "Żądania". We already have a polish word like "demand" which sounds like "to demand something categorically".
Please find the screenshot with the problem areas marked attached.

Suggested Solution
1. change translation in polish language from "Żądania" to something else in the Customer portal for the Polish language. Customer suggested the word “Zgłoszenia” - it is much better word in Polish.
2. change the original text "Requests" to something more accurate like "Issues" or "Tasks" or "Calls" in IT-oriented language
Why this is important:
It would be nice to have the keywords of IT-Oriented language like Issues or tasks.
Also I can also say that the word “Żądania” in this case is not very polite in Polish. It is more like a “orders” or “demands” in English. This is why we wanted to change it.
