Improve 'Share with' option once the ticket is created on the customer portal

      Suggestion:

      • It would be nice to have the possibility to change the way the SHARE WITH works after the ticket is created so that it is similar to the way it works when creating the ticket in the first place (combo box with a visible list of org-project the customer is entitled to).
      • it would be nice if possible to add a description to the SHARE WITH in the ticket visualization after the ticket has been created.
