Resolution: Won't Fix
The customer portal login page asks for the customer's e-mail address before asking for the password. Even if an e-mail address that is not associated with any existing account is entered, the customer will be prompted to insert a password. Only after entering both credentials the error message "Sorry, your email or password are incorrect - please try again" is displayed.
Suggestion
Validate the e-mail address and display the error message before asking for the password.
