Description
Issue Summary
Select list fields are not highlighted when clicking on “Send” if there are more than one required field.
If only the Summary is required, then the fields are highlighted.
When the summary + description (or other fields) are required, if the customer clicks on “Send” the fields won’t be highlighted when they click on Send, it will only be highlighted after filling other fields.
Steps to Reproduce
- Add required fields on a request form.
- Also add Select list custom fields as required.
- Try to create a ticket via portal without filling all required fields.
Expected Results
If the customer clicks on “Send” it will highlight all the required fields that they didn’t fill.
Actual Results
It doesn’t highlight Select list fields.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
