Issue Summary

When an image(.png/.jpeg for example) are added in the comment, the notification triggered will contain the below text instead of rendering the image

!image-20210407-xxxx (xxxx).png|width=1279,height=342!

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a comment with an image file
2. Receive a notification with the above format

Note:

This is not reproducible on all cloud sites.

Expected Results

Image is rendered as the Global settings for email is HTML format

Actual Results

The image is not rendered.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
