      Problem Definition

      Previously, at Insight plugin, it allow wiki style for Textarea attribute type value. However, at JSM Insight Cloud, it only allow normal text

      Suggested Solution

      Add wiki style for Textarea attribute . Below are the difference between Insight plugin and JSM Insight Cloud :-
