Include the ability to restrict "Share with Organization" customer permission to specific customers

      It would be helpful to create a secondary "Customer Admin" account, which would allow "Customer Admins" to see all tickets submitted by their organization, while simultaneously restricting the visibility of standard Customers to just their own tickets.
