Summary
When Atlassian account Jira Service Desk customers received mention notification and click View Issue button , it didn't redirect to the issue page in Customer Portal , but it goes to Customer Portal Help Center.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an Atlassian Account Jira Service Desk customer (Atlassian account without any application access)
- Create issue on behalf of the customer
- As agent , view issue via JIRA
- Mention the customer
- Customer will receive mention notification and click the View Issue to view the issue. For example the link will be :-
https://gohappyalways.atlassian.net/browse/ITSM-110?atlOrigin=eyJpIjoiOTQ1NjJhNDhmYTc4NGRmMWI1OGEzYTM4YWVmZTQwNzgiLCJwIjoiaiJ9
Expected Results
The link redirect to the issue in Customer Portal. For example :-
https://gohappyalways.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/3/ITSM-110
Actual Results
You'll be redirected to the Help Center (https://site.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals)
Workaround
- Access the ticket via "Requests" in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Use the View Request link from customer notification template that customer received when issue created and issue commented.
