Add screen layout option to hide fields in custom tabs

Description

In Jira Service Management we can configure the Agent View similar to the Issue Layout but we can't still rearrange the configuration for any other tabs besides the General one.

As seen right below we can't drag-and-drop the fields as we can do in the "General" tab.

Suggestion

It would be nice to have the option to change the field's configuration like hiding when empty for custom tabs as well.
