Get multiple requests by issue IDs and/or keys

      This suggestion is to provide a variant of GET /rest/servicedeskapi/request/{issueIdOrKey} which accepts multiple issue IDs and/or keys. The benefits of this will likely be:

      • Improved performance
      • Simplified app code/development
      • Reduce likelihood of being rate limited
