Problem Definition
At the moment, "Customer Invitation" email will only send to new customer in the instance. However , with the current ability to add JIRA user ( without JSM application access) as customer to the project by adding them to "Service Desk Customer" project role , they will not get invitation email as the project customer.
Suggested Solution
It will be best to have the option to send customer invitation email to this users.
Workaround
None.
