Issue Summary

New issue view doesn't format Descriptions or Comments that include HTML stylesheets as expected.
The issue only affects new issue view. The old issue view in Jira displays the data correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

Best way to replicate the issue is by creating an issue by sending an email to the Mail handler.
The Email should contain HTML template.
Observe that the Description or comment added to the issue is not formatted/aligned as expected.

Expected Results

Actual Results

Observe that the images are not aligned correctly.

Workaround

No workarounds.
