Automation condition "is one of" doesn't work for Affected Services field

    Description

      Issue Summary

      Automation rule condition "Affected services is one of x, y" does not get triggered when services x or y are chosen when creating an issue. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Go to Project Settings > Automation > Automation
      • Configure:
        Trigger: Issue created

      • Condition: Issue fields condition:
        Field: Affected services,
        Condition: is one of
        Value: choose two values

      • Action: Send email
      • Rule doesn't work as expected even if we create the issues with the values

      Expected Results

      The rule executes successfully for each value added.

      Actual Results

      The execution shows "The following issues did not match the condition:" even when they did.

      Workaround

      Use separate branches for each Affected Services value.
