Portal Introduction formatted text not loading in the Help Center.

Issue Summary

When formatting the Introduction text under Project Setting -> Portal Setting using Text Formatting Notation it does not load the first time we open the Help Center.
If we open the Project portal and then navigate back it loads as expected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a Jira Service Management Project go to Project Setting -> Portal Setting and add the Introduction Text and format it using Text Formatting Notation
2. Open the Help Center, now we notice that the Introduction text that was added will not load

Expected Results

When opening the Help Center the formatted text should load.

Actual Results

When opening the Help Center the formatted text does not load.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
