Description
Issue Summary
“Assign to me” not showing when assigning tickets on the Queue.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to the Unassigned issues queue on a Service project.
- Click on the assignee field to assign an issue.
Expected Results
It shows the option “Assign to me”.
Actual Results
It shows the list of assignable users. When there are many agents, it will be necessary to search for your own name.
Workaround
Click on the checkbox for the desired issue or issues, and then use the option “Assign” on the top or also, just check and uncheck the box that the option will appear as expected until the page is refreshed.
