Ability to collapse Request Participants in New Issue View

      Current behavior:

      The New Issue View of Jira does not provide collapsing the Request Participants as the old issue view does.

      Suggestion:

      It would be great to have the feature of collapsing the Request Participants in the New Issue View as well.
