      This is somewhat related to the JSDCLOUD-9684.

      So, as there is currently no way to determine if the invited customer registered/created an account or not, it would maybe be beneficial for Service desk users to know which user is invited but still didn't register.

      This could be in a way that in the Customer list inside the project, next to a customer name, we have a status (a.k.a. 'flag') for example Invitation sent or something like this - just an information for operators to know that invited user didn't register yet.
