    Description

      I'm using the widget in various context / apps, and I'm only managing one Service Desk project, and the widget may return results that is not relevant. 

      It would be fantastic to be able to create multiple widget configuration inside one service desk project.

      Another option would be to be able to filter the knowledge base articles return by the widget with extra wiki categories.
