Issue Summary

Using Heading 6 on an article is rendering as all caps on Jira view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an article;
2. Use Heading 6;
3. Publish;
4. On Wiki it will render as supposed to;
5. On Jira/Customer Portal it will render as all caps.

Expected Results

Renders normally.

Actual Results

It renders as all caps.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior other than not using the heading 6.
