Affected Services field should display all the services configured in a ITSM project

If there are more than 20 services configured in the Services Tab in an ITSM project.
The Affected Services Tab shows only the first 20 Services, it only displays the other options only when searched for. A User is expected to see all the services as a customer would be aware of all the services that are configured in a project.
