Issue Summary

When trying to add translation for fields pending translation, if any of the section has many fields, the  "Section needs review" covers the fields pending translation which are at the bottom of the page and hence, do not allow user to add these translation

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a lot of components in your project
2. Add a new language under "Language Support" and try to add translation for components pending review

Expected Results

You will be able to "Confirm translation" for the fields pending translation

Actual Results

Fields at the bottom of the page will not be displayed and will be covered by the prompt for "section needs review".

Workaround

You can add translation for these fields by opening a browser console via "Inspect" and then closing the window will make the fields visible
