Not all users are visible while editing an Automation Rule 'Restrict who can move a request' in a Next-Gen project

      Issue Summary

      While editing an Automation Rule Restrict who can move a request in a Next-Gen project, the The request’s assignee and The request’s reporter are not visible. Only the concrete users are visible.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a request in a Next-Gen Service project.
      2. Go to Service project settings – Request types.
      3. Select one of the Request types and click Edit workflow.
      4. Select one of the transitions and add an Automation Rule Restrict who can move a request.
      5. Select the people The request’s assignee, The request’s reporter and a user in the Only allow these people to move requests using this transition text box.
      6. Edit the same rule.

      Expected Results

      The request’s assignee, The request’s reporter, and the selected user should be visible.

      Actual Results

      Only the selected user is visible.

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
