Ability to add a request participant only by email without creating a customer first

      On the Customer portal it is possible to share a request with a person just based on an email address. 

      However on the issue view (agent side) the Request Participants field only allows the selection of already existing customers.

      It would be a great extension to also allow an Agent to add a Request Participant solely based on an email address (share with..)
