Issue Summary

Reports with large data sets or complex JQL fail to load and timeout.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a report with complex JQL query, or large amount of issues, such that the report has performance problems and takes a long time to load.
2. View the report's drill down.

Expected Results

Report drilldown loads successfully

Actual Results

Report times out which shouldn't be the case as the results are paginated.

Workaround

Simplifying the JQL to include smaller data sets should improve the load time and avoid time outs.
