      Issue Summary

      Extension for Jira Service Management App is not updating the Jira field's value

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Under a JSM project settings, configure your fields under Customer Form Extension
      2. Open the form at the customer portal and create a request

      Expected Results

      The ticket is created with all the details filled in at the portal.

      Actual Results

      The data is available at the customer portal, but if we check the ticket within the Jira interface the values are empty. The data at the customer portal is the one that resides on the app side, but in Jira, there aren't any updates on the values.

      Workaround

      Use native Request types instead.

            Deviniti released a fix in the latest update. The app is working for us now.

            We have found the possible root cause for this issue and would be rolling out the fix to the affected customers by this week.

            We also agree on increasing priority of this issue. We are migrating from JSD DC to JSM Cloud. This is our major blocker since we will be heavily using this add-on.

            This issue is impacting all our Jira service desk projects and highly affecting our business.

            Please increase the priority of this issue.

            This is breaking our production implementation that we just finished handing over to end users. Very very very high priority for us. Please assist in closing this.

            @Arjun Rajpal: Can the priority of this issue be moved up to high priority? There are hundreds of users being impacted in our organization because of this issue.
