Issue Summary
Extension for Jira Service Management App is not updating the Jira field's value
Steps to Reproduce
- Under a JSM project settings, configure your fields under Customer Form Extension
- Open the form at the customer portal and create a request
Expected Results
The ticket is created with all the details filled in at the portal.
Actual Results
The data is available at the customer portal, but if we check the ticket within the Jira interface the values are empty. The data at the customer portal is the one that resides on the app side, but in Jira, there aren't any updates on the values.
Workaround
Use native Request types instead.
