      Accessing "Portal Groups" via the link on the Request Types list indefinitely spins

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Access Project Settings > Request Types
      2. Click the "portal groups" link above the list

      Expected Results

      Be directed to https://instance.atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/PKEY/settings/portal-settings/portal-groups

      Actual Results

      You're directed to https://instance.atlassian.net/servicedesk/admin/PKEY/portal-settings/portal-groups which indefinitely spins/loads

      Workaround
