Issue Summary
While editing the request form , user unable to add custom field to the request form. Once added , the field automatically removed from the form.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the project
- Go to Project Settings > Request Type
- Edit any request type and go to Request Form
- Add a new custom field
- Then go to a "Agent View" and go back to Request Form
Expected Results
The field remains.
Actual Results
Newly added field being removed.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
