Description
Issue Summary
In JSM project , when creating automation to Create issue or edit issue , the Affected Services field can't be updated. Due to that , the action failed with java.lang.NullPointerException error :-
Steps to Reproduce
- Open the project
- Go to Project Settings > Automation > Automation
- Configure as below :-
- Update Affected Services field
Expected Results
Able to update the value and choose the selection :-
Actual Results
Not able to update
Workaround
No workaround. Only need to remove the field from the configuration.
