Enable ITSM features on the team-managed (formerly next-gen) Service Project in Jira Service Management

      Issue Summary

      As a customer, I want the ability to use the ITSM features on the team-managed (formerly next-gen) service project in Jira Service Management (JSM).

      For example, if I create an incident in a team-managed (formerly next-gen) service project in JSM, I want the ability to link the JSM incident to an Opsgenie Incident. Currently Opsgenie is not detecting the incidents created in the team-managed (formerly next-gen) project.

      Further there is no ability to create major incidents in the team-managed (formerly next-gen) JSM service project.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a JSM team-managed (formerly next-gen) service project
      2. Create an incident in the newly created project
      3. Try to create a major incident or try to link the incident in JSM to an incident in Opsgenie

      Expected Results

      We should be able to major incidents or link incidents to Opsgenie from the team-managed (formerly next-gen) service project.

      Actual Results

      Unable to link the incidents between JSM team-managed (formerly next-gen) service project and Opsgenie
