Issue Summary
The landing page for customer portal login shows up as blank when the customers are using the Internet Explorer browser.
The landing page should ideally show up the message stating browser not supported like any other unsupported browsers.
The issue happens for multiple customers using different versions of Internet Explorer, clearing the cache and the cookies does not help.
Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to the customer portal using an IE browser.
A blank page shows up as the landing page.
Expected Results
The landing page should show up a message stating- Browser not supported like any other unsupported browsers.
Actual Results
The login page for a customer portal login portal shows up as blank when using the Internet Explorer browser.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
