Issue Summary

Search by email in request participants fields is not possible in next-gen projects.

Steps to Reproduce

1. If you search the user by name/initials this field will be auto-completed.
2. Search for a user by email address in a request participants user picker field doesn't return any value.
   Example: Screen Recording 2020-11-12 at 17.00.26.mov

Expected Results

This search should work like the reporter field.
Example: Screen Recording 2020-11-12 at 17.01.34-1.mov

Actual Results

This action doesn't return any value.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
