Problem Definition
When adding a new custom field to a screen, it will be added to all Request Types mapped to that Issue Type. If there are multiple Request Types mapped to a single Issue Type, the custom field would be added to all Request Types by default
Suggested Solution
Add the ability to set newly added custom fields to be hidden by default to avoid confusion to users who don't use the field
