Ability to keep request form fields grouped into custom tabs

      NOTE: This suggestion is for Jira Service Management Cloud.

      Problem Definition

      Fields are appearing in ticket details(in the portal/issue view - Jira Interface) and under the custom tab.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Add a custom tab in the specific screen;
      2. Add fields to this custom tab;
      3. Add these fields to the request form;
      4. Create a ticket;
      5. Open this ticket under Jira UI;
      6. These fields will appear in both(ticket details and in the custom tab);

      Suggested Solution

      It would be great if these fields were grouped only into the custom tab.
