"Domain of Reporter" field didn't populate reporter domain value for Customer with Atlassian Account

      Issue Summary

      As due to GDPR changes based on documentation below , user email address can be set it visibility :-

      https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/update-your-profile-and-visibility-settings-968656104.html

      However, even though the email address visibility set to "Only me and admin" , "Domain of Reporter" field value still not visible to the administrator.

      Environment

      Cloud

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set a customer account email visibility to "Only me and admin"
      2. Then, create a custom field with "Domain of Reporter" type
      3. Migrate the customer account to Atlassian account
      4. Create a ticket on behalf of customer
      5. View the issue from JIRA using administrator account

      Expected Results

      Reporter domain populated.

      Actual Results

      Reporter domain not populated.

      Workaround

      Set the email visibility to "Anyone"
