            Hi everyone!

I'm a developer on Jira Service Management and I've just been looking into this bug report. This issue seems to be outdated now after we released a fix for this bug last year, and I am no longer able to reproduce this bug.

With that in mind, I'm resolving this issue. If you continue to experience this bug, please leave a comment here or reach out to our Support team, and we can look into what may be causing it to arise again.

            Thanks,
            Nick

Hi! I'm a developer on this area.
I've been able to reproduce the issue but it seems to be only a cosmetic issue, it doesn't appear like sensitive data is exposed.
However as one of the reports has this issue lasting up to a minute this is quite a poor experience.
I'll raise the priority and put it on the backlog.
