Description
Currently, when the invitation email is sent to the customer, there is no information provided in the email regarding the validity or expiry of the invitation link. The service desk administrators also don't have an option to view this information for the invited customers.
The suggestion is to include this information in the email to the customers and also provide the service desk administrators an option to view this information for the invited customers. Like how much invitation link validity is remaining for which customer.
