JSD Project create is failing at SLA creation and creating incomplete projects

      Issue Summary

      JSD project create is failing at the SLA creation step, causing projects to be created in a semi-working state. Projects created might be missing:

      1. SLAs
      2. SLA columns on queues - eg Time to Resolution in the 'All Open Tickets' queue
      3. Custom reports eg 'SLA success rate', 'Time to Done', 'SLA met vs breached'
      4. Knowledge base
      5. Agents may need to be manually added to the first created project
      6. Demo issues will never be created

      Workaround

      1. If the project is not yet in use, create a new project which will have all the missing configurations
      2. Add the default SLA manually eg Time to Resolution
      3. Add the SLA column to the queues manually
      4. Manually create reports eg 'SLA success rate', 'Time to Done', 'SLA met vs breached'
      5. Manually link KB to Confluence space
      6. Manually add agents to the project
