Issue Summary
JSD project create is failing at the SLA creation step, causing projects to be created in a semi-working state. Projects created might be missing:
- SLAs
- SLA columns on queues - eg Time to Resolution in the 'All Open Tickets' queue
- Custom reports eg 'SLA success rate', 'Time to Done', 'SLA met vs breached'
- Knowledge base
- Agents may need to be manually added to the first created project
- Demo issues will never be created
Workaround
- If the project is not yet in use, create a new project which will have all the missing configurations
- Add the default SLA manually eg Time to Resolution
- Add the SLA column to the queues manually
- Manually create reports eg 'SLA success rate', 'Time to Done', 'SLA met vs breached'
- Manually link KB to Confluence space
- Manually add agents to the project
