When using the Office macro to add Word, PowerPoint, or Excel files, customers won't be able to click on the view to download or preview it when viewing the articles in the customer portal.

The Office macro is more friendly when using Confluence, but it's impossible for customers to view or download this file in the portal.

It would be great if there was an option to preview these types of documents in the portal.
