Customer satisfication survey in JSD using Google form

      The customer would like to have a detailed customer survey from their customers (who are non-jira users), when an issue is resolved, which is similar to an add-on - add on https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213103/surveys-for-jira-jira-customer-surveys?hosting=cloud&tab=overview.

      The customer would like to have an in-house Jira feature to allow the non-Jira users to submit a satisfaction survey.
