Portal: Request view - remove fields

      Problem Definition

      • It's not currently possible to natively remove(or add) fields to the requests view

      Suggested Solution

      • Allow admins to remove fields or customize the request view in the portal

      Why this is important

      • Admins would like customize the request view to simplify the portal UI

      Workaround

      • No known workarounds to remove fields from the request view. If one is found, then the details of the workaround will be added here
