      Problem statement

      When the Approver field is missing from the Edit Issue screen, while it is not possible to add an approver due to the field not configured to the screen, it displays the message "Only agents can add approvers" while the actual problem is that the field is not configured to the screen.

      Suggestion

      Show information to why it is not possible to add an approver. Display a message to let users know that the field requires to be configured on the screens
