Approvals history should display approved tickets even when the user was removed from the Approvers field

      Currently, if a user is removed from the 'Approvers' field after approving a ticket, it will stop showing at the 'Approvals history' page in the customer portal.

      This can be confusing due to the fact that removing a user from the Approvers after a ticket is approved won't change the fact that the ticket was approved by that user.

      Suggestion

      Change the filter used in the 'Approvals history' page to consider all tickets approved by the user (regardless of the Approvers field).
