Description
Issue Summary
When a user scrolls down the queue in Jira Service Desk and then opens an issue, Jira doesn't remember the scroll location when going back to the queue.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a JSD project and visit the queue.
- Scroll down the list of issues.
- Open an issue and press back. Jira takes you to the top of the list again.
Expected Results
It should remember the scroll position so that the users don't need to scroll it all back again.
Actual Results
Jira takes you back to the top of the list of issues.
Workaround
There are no workarounds at the moment.
