Want custom properties, eg. Organization, to be filterable with "is EMPTY" or "= NULL" in JQL to create SLA and Reports

Currently I have to create a massive long JQL statement where, Organization = 1 OR Organization = 2 OR Organization =3, etc. for over 30 organizations and then repeat that for every rule - about 5 which is very tedious and time consuming.

Please allow these operators to be able to use, NULL and/or EMPTY
