Add "Last updated by" information in issue queue at Jira UI

      Problem Definition

      Currently, it's not possible to add last updated by information to be displayed in an issue while in the queue at the Jira UI overview.

      Suggested Solution

      Add last updated by information in queues at the Jira UI overview the same way days in issue field is currently possible to be displayed.
