Resolution: Won't Fix
We are using JSD for internal support however if a user finds a ticket either in Jira Issue Search or when another internal team member (who is an agent) shares a link it gives them a permissions issue.
Expected behavior is that it would redirect a user to the portal version of the issue (e.g. the requester view)
